Speedy Singhs (Breakaway) is releasing on 23 September 2011
Akshay Kumar’s Production house ‘Hari Om Entertainment’ is co producing film with ‘First Take Entertainment’ and
‘Alliance Films’ named ‘Breakaway’ which was earlier named ‘Speedy Singhs’,
ITs a cross cultural hockey drama set in the Indo-Canadian community of Toronto, Canada, directed by Robert Lieberman. The film revolves around a young Indian ice hockey player, who gets caught between family’s traditional expectations and a dream to make it in the national sport of his adopted country.
The young Indian Ice Hockey Player is played by debutant Vinay Virmani,
