The end of an era....

But fear not, because I will be switching over to a more media-friendly, more Twitter-like Tumblr blog!

‘I can give you a body like Madonna’s AND Gwyneth's’: Meet the personal trainer to the stars | Mail Online

"Tracy's work-out tips

* Train for an hour daily. Thirty minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weights. Do it for six days a week, every week, for the rest of your life. "

Ick. Her workouts ARE crazy-hard, but I don't really want to look like her, Madonna or Gwyneth. No offense, they look very toned, but that's not really what I have in mind when I think of my hottest body. What about you? Is sinewy hot?

Prince and I have this in commom!

Prince was born an epileptic, just like me! We're twins....also I am wearing my Prince t-shirt today.

Prince: "I Was Born Epileptic" (VIDEO): "Prince announced Monday night on PBS' 'Tavis Smiley' show that he was born with epilepsy.

'I've never spoken about this before, but I was born epileptic, and I used to have seizures when I was young,' he told Smiley. 'My mother and father didn't know what to do or how to handle it but they did the best they could with what little they had.'"

Your Morning Dose of Cuteness/Technophobia - Boing Boing: "Researchers at Seoul National University in South Korea have successfully made transgenic puppies, according to New Scientist. The baby beagles carry a gene normally found in sea anemones, which means....yes....these fuzzy-wuzzy little puppykins glow in the dark. Thank you, science."

Happy Earth Day

Space - What Is The Distance From Earth To The Sun?: Science Fact Finder: "What is the distance from Earth to the sun?

The sun is, on average, 92,955,630 miles (149,597,870 kilometers) from Earth. That distance has been designated an astronomical unit (AU) and is used as a standard for measuring distances to other bodies in the solar systern. If a bridge to the sun existed, it would take 177 years, driving at a constant 60 miles per hour (97 kilometers per hour), to get there."

See? I told you LiLo was awesome

This is why I love her....I literally, to myself, last week thought that making a "Funny or Die" video was EXACTLY what Lindsay should do. I must have sent her a psychic message.
